TREVOR COOPERSMITH SOLO SHOW
JULY 11 - 13, 2025
Trevor Coopersmith is a Los Angeles-based multimedia artist whose work transforms found and natural materials into expressive, organic forms—blurring the lines between sculpture, painting, and installation. With a focus on flora, fauna, and unseen ecological systems, his work invites a visceral and emotional engagement with nature.
Using reclaimed materials and craft techniques, Coopersmith explores the sublime, environmental cycles, and the interconnectedness of human and other-than-human worlds. His practice brings a unique spiritual lens to flowers, fungi, insects, and nautical life, elevating them as symbols of empathy and contemplation.
Trevor holds a BFA from University of California, Santa Barbara and a MFA from Otis College of Art & Design. Select exhibitions include Dorado 806 Projects, IDOLWILD, Avenue 50 Studios, and the California Nature Art Museum. His work has been featured in Hyperallergic and Space on Space Magazine, and he is also the founder of the Urban Art Scholarship Foundation, supporting youth art and public murals.
